Where is my order? Delivery times

Most digital products are delivered within seconds of your payment being confirmed. If you can't see your delivery, check these in order:

Where to find your delivery

• Order result page — the page shown right after payment displays your delivery.
• My Account → My Orders — every order's status and delivered content lives here.
• Email — your delivery email may have landed in the spam/junk folder.

How long does it take?

Instant products (codes, gift cards, in-game balance) usually complete immediately. Manually delivered products (some accounts or custom orders) need team approval and can take a few minutes to a few hours. The estimate on the product page applies.

Still can't see it?

If your bank shows the payment as "pending", confirmation can be delayed by a few minutes. If it has been more than 30 minutes, open a support request with your order number and the team will locate your order and resolve it fast. If money was taken but no order was created, don't worry — we can find the record and complete delivery.
